Project Description
Telecommunications leader, Hargray, tasked Felder & Associates with a unique challenge: design a workspace that fosters collaboration and innovation in the new era of hybrid work. Recognizing the shift towards a partial work-from-home culture, our team aimed to reimagine the traditional office environment.
Our design solution transformed Hargray’s office from siloed departments to a vibrant community hub. We incorporated open floor plans with an emphasis on collaboration areas and common spaces. Centrally located secure lockers provided peace of mind for employees, while private phone booths and “zoom rooms” offered dedicated spaces for focused work and video conferencing.
The redesigned break room became the heart of the office, functioning as a space for company-wide meetings, lunch breaks, and casual work areas. We incorporated inspiring graphics, artwork, and high-quality finishes to create a stimulating and inviting environment. Through this project, Felder & Associates successfully addressed Hargray’s evolving needs to attract and retain top talent in the competitive telecommunications industry.
