Project Description
The Ford Field and River Club in Richmond Hill is an affluent, planned community with robust architectural design guidelines. These guidelines require commercial buildings to seamlessly blend with the surrounding private homes. When Thurston Ford, a reputable developer specializing in dental office construction, approached us for a new commercial space in this prime location, adhering to these guidelines was paramount.
The result is a stunning example of Southern vernacular architecture, replete with grand, Greek revival columns that appear to be a stately mansion, while the overall design reflects the area’s rich history. Meticulously crafted details, often seen in high-end residential design, elevate the space, creating a unique and welcoming environment for patients.
