Carrie is the Felder & Associates office manager and also assists with project coordination. With over 30 years of experience in construction and architecture, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her expertise in contract administration, billing, and marketing support makes her an integral part of the team. Carrie thrives working alongside a creative team that prioritizes client satisfaction while constructing diverse projects. Additionally, she takes pride in upholding the firm’s camaraderie by organizing outings and team-building activities as the unofficial “team Mom.”
Previously, Carrie has contributed her talents to various successful firms such as C & I Design, Grau General Contracting, Kenneth Holt Construction, Deal-Irwin Architects, and even the Fortune 500 company Fluor Daniel.
Carrie studied at Southeastern Community College and served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for Hickman County Government in Tennessee. Her adventurous spirit led her to relocate to the beautiful coastal community of Tybee Island, near Savannah, in 2014. In her free time, Carrie loves to travel, boat, play sports, kayak, hike and cherish moments spent with loved ones. Her daughter Rachel is a pediatric respiratory therapist at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, while her son Brandon serves in the United States Army at Ft. Bragg, NC.
